Matthijs is a highly skilled and well-respected Physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience. He has worked with numerous elite performers, athletes, international teams and organizations, including Cirque du Soleil, Team China, Team USA, NHL athletes, Red Bull Cliff Divers, professional dancers, gymnasts and many more.

He is a former member of the Dutch National Wushu Team, having won multiple National Championships in Chinese Kickboxing (Sanda) and in 2006 a silver medal at the World Cup in Xian, China. As a former athlete himself, Matthijs not only treats but he coaches, teaches and supports.
